Who we are
GloPros is an AI-driven talent platform that helps companies hire faster and more fairly and helps professionals find meaningful roles based on skills, potential, and real opportunities. We are expanding into France and opening our first office in Paris because we see a clear need for better hiring outcomes across employers, job seekers, and institutions.

Why we’re applying to HR Lab
We want to identify ourselves clearly and efficiently so we can be connected with the right opportunities in France from day one.

We also want to be able to pitch our organization to different audiences including HR teams, decision makers, students, and public partners.

What we bring and what we need
We want to leverage the HR Lab’s visibility and tools — such as HR Innovation Mapping, Marketplace exposure, and social channels to accelerate our integration into the French HR ecosystem.

How we plan to participate
As we grow in Paris, we will proactively promote GloPros to:

-HR leaders and decision-makers in French companies
-candidates and especially early talent and students
-Public institutions and employment partners (such as ministries, Pôle Emploi, and others)
-We will share our mission and impact through:
-Elevator pitches
-Networking sessions
-Interviews and panels
-Trade shows and round tables

We are eager to contribute, collaborate, and connect during our expansion to France and we believe HR Lab is the ideal place to do that!
